Return The Item
Pack the item in its original state and packaging. Hand over the package to the courier representative.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund
Customers are only allowed to return products as a result of the product being defective or due to an order entry error or manufacturing error.
Our return policy on most products is 15 days from delivery. If your order is outside of the return window, please contact Supplity Support for product support.
Check product for specific return policy such as non-returnable products or unopened only, Restrictions may apply to certain products, such as:
Consumables such as printer cartridges
Products with serial numbers removed.
Products that were modified by the customer.
Items that clearly mentioned as (clearance Items).
For products which appear defective, technical support may be provided to assess the problem (applies only to UAE customers). Supplity will either perform the needed repairs or authorize a return of the product.
Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters, parts, accessories, freebies and documentation that were included when you received it.
Any returned products that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
Your refund will be initiated once we receive your return.
Original shipping and handling charges may not be refunded.
We can only issue refunds back through bank transfer.
Parts of bundle or promotions are not refundable, the defected part can only be replaced.
Standard Return Process
Initiate a return request via “My orders” page or via call (+971 4 8816188)or via email to email@example.com, please insure to include the reason for return, enter an Online Order Id, Purchase Order, Sales Order or Serial Number for the product that the return is being requested for.
Our support will inspect your claim and issue a “Return Material Confirmation (RMC)”.
After receiving your RMC place all items in original packaging.
Products must be returned/shipped to Supplity’s designated location within 15 days of receiving your RMC.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and confirm the claim and the viable reason for returning the item, a refund will be issued. The refund payment will be proceed to the customer within 15-20 days.
